Hiya, my name is Olivia!
Let me tell you about my journey to Osteopathy!
My path to osteopathy began with my own experience with chronic pain. My past career left wear and tear on my body (chronic low back & neck pain, sinus issues & headaches, and extreme fatigue) that were unmanageable without weekly care. I sought after every possible avenue for relief and was bewildered and amazed at how my body was able to repair with continued osteopathic care.
I believe in the body’s own wisdom — a so-called apothecary within — an inner pharmacy capable of restoring balance, harmony, and vitality when given the right support. This belief guides both my treatments and the way I live my life. I appreciate holistic views and find deep inspiration in nature & the healing arts.

I feel inspired to provide this same relief for other people. I returned to this beautiful craft as a student at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2021, where the devoted faculty helped me cultivate and refine my art of principle-based osteopathic manual therapy.

Outside of my passion for osteopathic therapy, I like to embrace movement and adventure through hiking, swimming, pilates, dancing & biking. I keep grounded and centered by practicing yoga & meditation, sitting by the waterfront, and gardening.

Every opportunity is a chance to learn and grow, and I believe that positive thinking is the foundation of gratitude.
